What to see and do in the area

Pure air, fresh water, native livestock and different routes to explore on foot, by bicycle or motorized vehicle.

Being located at such a height and very far from inhabited population centers, there is no light pollution, and thus, on clear nights, the view of the starry sky is fabulous... You can even see shooting stars any night if we are patient!

In the surroundings of the village we find places such as the Geodesic Peak or the Pena dos Catro Cabaleiros, located at 1,131 meters high, the point of convergence of the town halls of A Pobra do Brollón, Folgoso do Courel, Samos and O Incio, from where overlooks the entire valley of Terra de Lemos and the Serra do Courel.

The place is located 12 km from the town of A Pobra do Brollón, the municipality to which it belongs, 25 km from Monforte de Lemos and 35 km from Quiroga.
